3 large (sweet) potatoes
chives, roughly chopped
50 g salted cashew nuts, finely chopped
sea salt
freshly ground pepper
olive oil


    * Peel the potatoes and grate them using the coarse grater.
    * Mix the chives and cashew nuts into the grated potatoes.
    * Bring to flavour with sea salt and freshly ground pepper.
    * Shape the potato mixture into small cakes and fry them in a little olive oil in a frying pan until they are brown and crispy.
    * hey can also be baked in the oven at 180°C.
